NUMTA2023 NUMERICAL COMPUTATIONS: THEORY AND ALGORITHMS

E4 Computer Engineering will participate in Numta: ‘the 4th international conference and summer school’, an event to be held in Calabria, Italy, from 14 to 20 June on numerical modelling, fundamentals and advanced numerical techniques.
The Conference will address new technological challenges and the fundamental ideas of theoretical computer science, linguistics, logic, set theory and philosophy will meet the needs and new applications of physics, chemistry, biology and economics. The aim will be to create an open discussion on the numerical modelling of nature using traditional and emerging computational paradigms.
During the event, organised by the Department of Computer Engineering, Modelling, Electronics and Systems Engineering of the University of Calabria, papers will be presented on new computational paradigms, their relationship with the foundations of mathematics and their impact on the natural sciences by researchers from the theoretical sciences, who will see this event as an opportunity to exchange ideas with leading scientists from different fields of research.
Special attention will also be paid to numerical optimisation and various issues related to the theory and practice of using infinities and infinitesimals in numerical calculations.
