With USTI as the main element of your accelerated infrastructure, you don’t need to worry about storage performance hurting the overall result. USTI is ready-to-use and integrated, to deliver from day one portions of disk space in block storage, for fast processing.
VERSATILE USTI can be implemented and used within the architecture in “native” format or by providing block storage or in combination with parallel file systems such as BeeGFS, GPFS, Luster and GlusterFS
USTI is totally agnostic with respect to the application or middleware component to be accelerated. It maintains indistinct performance improvements both in combination with relational DBs like Oracle or MySQL / MariaDB and NoSQL like MongoDB or Hadoop and SAP environments
USTI guarantees different levels of data security that can be configured at will, from MeshProtect0 with striped data on all volumes, up to a MeshProtect60 for maximum redundancy and fault tolerance.
EXPANDABLE The increase in performance grows proportionally and linearly to the insertion of new USTI appliances until the limits of the components are reached, typically network connectivity

Logical volumes exported from USTI can be used for metadata retention thus avoiding having to use local flash disks on the systems
